Thinkmax: Functional Lead / Business Systems Analyst, D365 Crm Customer Engagement – Canada

We want to expand our Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 (Customer Engagement) team by welcoming a functional lead with senior business analyst skill sets to our rapidly growing practice.Reporting to the Vice-President of the D365 CE Practice, you will be responsible for leading all functional aspects of our D365 CE projects including driving successful end to end implementations.

You may be responsible for one or more aspects of the project including eliciting and documenting requirements; Microsoft Dynamics CE configuration, delivering end user training and more.

You must be extremely detail-oriented, be able to multitask, be meticulously organized, and be able to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced project environment.Essential functions will includeLead and drive small to medium size projectsGather and document business processes (some current state, mostly future state)Lead and drive requirements gathering sessionsConduct design review sessions with the customer to demonstrate completed work and gather adjustments and changesAssist technical consultants with architecting Dynamics CRM/365 system, related customizations, and reports to model the client’s organizational processesWrite design specifications pertaining to various aspects of the projectCreate test plans and scripts as well as training plans and materialsConduct system and end-to-end testing of the applicationCollaborate with project team resources in data migration and translation, data integration, training, custom development and report creation workloadsRequired skills and experience10+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM/365 software implementations, in a functional lead ( or BA) related roleSolid up to date understanding of the Dynamics CRM/365 functional landscape, especially related to the implementation of sales, marketing, customer service and field service modules Understanding of the broader Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem Excellent verbal and written communicationStrong understanding of the Dynamics CRM/365 solution deployment modelUnderstanding of Dynamics CRM/365 upgrade and cloud migration processesAdvanced use of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and VisioProfessional demeanorAbility to present to technical, non-technical, and executive level individualsExceptional problem-solving skillsParticipation in multiple large or enterprise scale projectsRelevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics CRM/365
