Talent Acquisition SpecialistWhile reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be the ambassador of TTEC.

You will work closely with your internal customer to establish hiring goals, timelines and coordinate strategies to meet the recruiting targets.Responsibilities
· Participate to the full cycle recruitment of the campaign, including: sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment scoring, reference checking and providing quality candidate recommendations to hiring managers.
· Source potential and passive candidates through direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, extensive name generation research and relationship building
· Continually expand network through leveraging user groups, blogs, and networking events
· Participate in career fair and information sessions to support ongoing recruitment requirements.
· Deliver outstanding candidate experiences throughout the recruitment cycle
· Ensure the compliance of recruitment files according to the rules of TTEC and the laws in force
· Understand and be proactive to the needs of the client
· Provide advice on staffing, recruitment and planning issues
· Provide a daily report of recruitment activities to the Talent Acquisition Manager
· Perform other cognate duties.Requirements:
· Diploma in Human Resources or any other suitable qualifications in management
· 3-5 years’ experience in mass recruitment and sourcing
· Bilingualism (French and English) required, spoken and written
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Demonstrated teamwork abilities and goal orientation
· Good knowledge of traditional recruitment techniques and social media
· Ability to travel as required
