Talent acquisition specialist – central team (bilingual) – laval – nordia inc.

Description We are currently looking for Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our central recruitment team at Nordia’s head office in Laval.

Your role: Support the pre-screening and qualification phases of Nordia’s recruitment process by contacting candidates by phone or chat, conducting a short pre-screening interview and highlighting the benefits of a career at Nordia.

More specifically, you will have the opportunity to: Communicate with candidates by phone, text, online chat and e-mail using standardized communication processes.

Assess the candidate’s eligibility through a telephone selection interview.

Act as Nordia’s ambassador and show why it’s a great place to work.

Perform back-office functions including profile creation and updates, candidate follow-ups and reporting.


Here’s what you need to succeed: You’re a good Nordia ambassador .

You are sympathetic and positive and you are committed to acting as Nordia’s ambassador to candidates during the recruitment process.

You must also meet the following criteria: Minimum of 1 year of service at Nordia Employee file in good standing You are bilingual (English and French) , both spoken and written.

You will have a flexible schedule .

Our team will contact candidates during the day, in the evening and on weekends.

More specifically, the schedules will vary between 9 a.m.

and 9 p.m.

on weekdays and between 11:30 a.m.

and 8 p.m.

on weekends**.

Full-time (40 h) : work a rotating schedule that includes two consecutive days off per week, evening shifts, and a weekend of work every 4 weeks.

Part-time : work 20 hours a week including evening and weekend shifts.

Sales is in your DNA.

You are convincing and results-oriented.

You have experience in sales, human resources or talent acquisition (asset) .

If you master the call centre environment and talent management tools like ADP or Taleo, it’s even better You are a solid multitasker-comfortable with a computer.

You are good at managing multiple priorities at the same time in a fast-paced environment.

You are good at managing multiple priorities at the same time in a rapidly changing environment.

You have a very good knowledge of the MS Office suite, mainly Excel and Outlook (required).

You are organized and rigorous .

You pay close attention to details and you like following clear guidelines.
