These experiences act as the foundation for the Associate Personal Stylist to cultivate meaningful client relationships, granting them the ability to act as a trusted advisor, both in-store and online, to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.

Through their willingness and excitement to engage with clients, the Associate Personal Stylist will contribute to the team culture and foster creative exploration of the SSENSE space and product catalogue.

The candidate will foster a positive work environment that embraces SSENSE brand values and achieves key company objectivesResponsibilitiesSales performance 30%Achieve visitor-model sales targets, KPIs and sell through for all in-store activations by ensuring excellent level of customer experience in line with SSENSE Montreal brand strategy.

Act as a positive brand ambassador; develop and continuously elevate your quality of styling through product knowledge, adaptable styling and seamless execution.Customer experience 40%Create and execute personalized and unique styling experiences through providing exceptional customer visits.Cultivate genuine and loyal client relationships through client database management and engagement before, during and following client visits.Assist with client issues for resolutions and win-win solutions that enhance customer experiences Offer seamless communication and follow-through on client requests to drive the ultimate experience Assist when necessary with appointment model operational activities, taking ownership to meet the promise to customers.Operations 20%Ensure the point of sale experience is accurate and efficient, leveraging SSENSE Systems and technology as necessary.Support with Brand launches, capsule collections & in-store activationsSupport loss prevention in all areas of physical security, inventory management and transaction accuracy.Ensure compliance of store operations, health and safety, maintenance and company policies.Maintain current visual direction through communicating and ensuring highest standards of visual presentation.Team leadership 10%Participate in building and developing best-in-class, client-centric teamsDrive collaboration between the selling roles and support rolesQualificationsA minimum of 1 year previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality or customer serviceCollege or University degree in Fashion, Business, Management, or a related field is preferredExperience with operating a POS systemExcellent knowledge of the labels carried by SSENSE including creative direction, history, and technical garment informationAbility to lift heavy boxes (15kg)Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and FrenchProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Web and computer-savvinessHours/days of work can be varied due to the demands of the businessSkillsExceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships with clientsDetail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skillsTeam player with solid interpersonal skillsCustomer-oriented with strong problem solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, while delivering high level of customer serviceDemonstrate a high degree of maturity and integrity.Highly competent with technology and mobile applications.
