They will ensure the best-in-class quality of our written content for our e-commerce, in line with SSENSE guidelines, quality standards, and fast turnaround times.

The ideal candidate has meticulous attention to detail, a keen interest in fashion and strong collaboration and communication skills They may be asked to occasionally work during weekends.ResponsibilitiesWrite the e-commerce English copy, including product descriptions, SEO-driven texts, and other ad hoc requests Maintain strict standards of quality control to ensure content is consistent, accurate, and relevant for our customersWork closely with the English and other language teams in performing various writing assignments for the organizationMaintain a rigorous schedule that meets deadlines, capacity and quality targetsEnsure weekly KPI targets are consistently met and tracking tools are updated dailyQualificationsBachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Fashion, Art History or related experience A minimum of 1 year writing experience, preferably in a fashion or e-commerce environment Excellent verbal and written skills in EnglishMastery of English grammar, spelling and usage including the ability to craft culturally-sensitive textsStrong command of fashion terminology Knowledge of sewing anatomy, an assetKnowledge of designers and fashion houses, an assetOpen to work on evenings and weekendsSkillsDetail-oriented with a keen sensibility and knowledge of fashion, retail, and pop cultureStrong research skillsAbility to prioritize and handle multiple simultaneous assignmentsSelf-motivated with the ability to work effectively to meet deadlines
