YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Acknowledgment and resolution of support tickets passed on by level 1
● Assisting users in kiosk mode
● Physical service calls for users’ equipment
● Preparing machines (laptops, desktops, cell phones, etc.)
● Assignment and follow-up of service calls with the different equipment manufacturers (Dell, Ricoh, Panasonic, etc.)
● Delivery of equipment to users and setup in the BRP environment
● Ensuring repeat problems are reported so that they can be taken note of YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS
● Excellent level of English
● Driver’s license and own vehicle
● IT training, preferably relating to technical support
● Sense of customer service
● Able to manage priorities well
● Able to adapt speech to the level of the user
● Good diction
● Punctual and diligent
● Good knowledge of the Microsoft and Google environments
● Knowledge of basic SAP
● Independent and rigorous
● Team player
