We are seeking a Senior Advisor, Talent Management to enable PSP’s Talent Culture.

As such, you will partner with key stakeholders and collaborate with your peers to design and deploy innovative programs to accelerate PSP’s Talent.

As part of the Talent Management team, you will be encouraged to think outside-the-box, empowered to drive excellence and inspire change.

You will be exposed to a wide range of strategic initiatives and have the opportunity to deliver end-to-end solutions.

A DAY IN THE LIFE Participate in the elaboration of the Talent Culture strategy, cycle, programs and tools Partner with key stakeholders in the deployment, communication and change management of the Talent Culture initiative Consult with peers to ensure integration across Human Resources and Diversity initiatives Manage the Talent cycle and programs from Performance to Talent Acceleration and career management Partner with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of the Talent Culture with business needs Build key stakeholder knowledge, skills and abilities in the Talent Management sphere Serve as liaison for vendor products and services Monitor, measure and report on Talent metrics and program effectiveness Continuously build knowledge and expertise to enhance the Talent Culture at PSP YOU MAY BE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU Are passionate about Talent Management Have proven project management and change management skills Love taking on challenges and developing creative solutions that are business oriented Pay attention to details and believe anything worth doing is worth doing right Have a keen ability to summarize and present information Think on your feet and you look for learning opportunities Develop strong collaborations and partnerships and are capable of influencing Strive in a fast-pace environment Are an effective communicator in both French and English with excellent writing and presentation skills WHAT YOU WILL NEED Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or a related field Eight (8) to ten (10) years of experience in Talent Management Proven experience in designing and delivering innovative Performance Management, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Career Management and Talent Acceleration programs Experience in dynamic organizations with an international footprint Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés du Québec (CRHA) member, an asset PSP Investments is an equal opportunity employer.
