Sangoma: Channel Account Manger Canada

This is a Contract position in Montreal, QC posted March 19, 2021.

The Channel Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue related to Sangoma products and services that get sold through the channel.

To meet their objectives the CAM will identify, recruit, and onboard new resellers/agents.

CAMs also develop, nurture, and expand relationships with existing resellers in the territory.

This will include product training, sales support, and opportunity management.

Experienced CAMs engage on large opportunities with resellers to help drive revenue and achieve sales goals.

This position will require the successful candidate to be fluent in both English and French to fully assist our resellers and agents.Job Duties:Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive partner revenue.

Determine where resellers are needed in the territory.Recruit new partners into Sangoma’s Authorized Reseller Program.Negotiate reseller contracts.Set reseller sales goals.Assist resellers in closing opportunities through joint sales calls, assistance with quotations, and special Pricing.Provide on-site demonstration of products.Educate resellers about the tools and programs to make them successful.Provide resellers with sales training.Conduct regular reseller business reviews.Document and manage all activities and communications in Sangoma’s CRM system.Meet reseller sales quotas in the territory.Manage reseller productivity improvement plans, demotions, and terminations.Additional projects and duties as assigned.Qualifications Required:Bilingual in English and FrenchBS degreeMinimum of four years IT networking or telephony sales experience.Experience in channel development and channel salesMust be able to travel within territory up to 30-40% and engage with partners and develop relationships at all levels within the partner organizationBenefits:Medical, Dental and Vision through GWL; RRSP/DPSP savings plan and 3 weeks vacation.Company Overview:Sangoma Technologies Corporation develops, manufactures, distributes, and supports voice and data connectivity components worldwide.
