Kelly Scientific is currently looking for a R&D Technology Transfer Specialist for our client in Montreal. As part of this position, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical summaries at key stages of technology transfer process, work closely with manufacturer and formulators and collaborate with quality team for cGMP audits.
  • Collaborate with R&D formulation team regarding design and execution of lab, pilot and commercial process parameters. Master batch record writing, verification and approval of tech transfer protocol from CMO.
  • Manage project details with manufacturer and visit manufacturer to evaluate manufacturing capabilities or to validate manufacturing process.
  • Apply all aspects of cGMP requirements and recommendations from regulatory agencies.
  • Review batch records, investigation reports, change controls, market complaints, validation documents, stability data, raw material data trend and CAPAs.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in Pharmaceutical industry/ Manufacturing /Process Development/Tech transfer/Validation.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of cGMP regulation, ICH/FDA/Health Canada regulations with excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
  • High degree of professionalism, accountability, and ethics.
