He or she plays a role of product owner and is responsible for the product vision and roadmap of our internal mobile apps, in line with an omnichanel perspective.

He or she is also involved in other related initiatives as part of the omnichanel vision.CHALLENGES TO BE METActs as the voice of the client by observing market trends and stays close to the client; Develops strategies by understanding and translating business needs and opportunities, as well as establishing objectives and KPIs; Prioritizes opportunities by assessing and measuring their value to maximize the benefits of mobile apps, aligned with the omnichannel product vision and organizational priorities; Develops, owns and ensures proper communication of the internal mobile apps product vision and roadmap in collaboration with Product Owners and Managers; Works collaboratively with Product Owners and Managers, Architect Owners and various stakeholders to realise the product portolio vision; Provides information andmakes decisions in a timely manner; Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks based on evolving needs; Foresee dependencies between products and works with other Product Owners and Managers to ensure proper prioritization of cross functional opportunities; Negotiates priorities and scope, and is an active participant in funding and schedules activities.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORA minimum of ten year experience as a Product Owner or a pertinent combination of education and experienceUniversity degree in Administration, Marketing or relevant experienceExperience in omnichannel planning and execution and in-depthknowledge of Agile principles and practices(assets)Bilingual in French and EnglishIndustry & Client Experience:You possess experience in digital marketing activities (emails, webinars, campaigns, CRM, etc.)You know how to work with UX Design, customer service, business development, subject matter experts, and developers to create and deploy complex software systems.You have proven experience with user-centered design thinking and know how to prioritize the right features to design delightful experiences for BDC clients and internal users.You are curious about understanding the evolving needs of entrepreneurs and the realities of their ecosystemsYou have a growth mindset, lead with curiosity and are open to feedbackYou have built products that customers love by helping them accomplish their goals and removing their pain pointsSkills & Influence:Excellent stakeholder management skills, communication, presentation, and leadership skillsSharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
