We are one of the world’s largest manufacturers of pumps, valves and systems, employing over 16,000 members The Purpose of your role: Support the execution of projects in the field, after equipment is delivered to site.

Support the contracts team by handling all technical questions and conversations with the sales team and factory post sale.

Support the project on site and provide training to customer on the product they are receiving To reduce time spent by sales team responding to site visit requests for startup/commissioning/training and warranty.

To reduce cost overrun by protecting project margins, set at time of PO signing.

Technical problem solver.

Ability to review and understand contract specifications, pump/motor data sheets and test reports.

Strong communication skills / report writing.

Your Daily tasks: Own commissioning activities Canada wide Own project training activities Canada wide Own sales to SupremeServ handover of Projects More Specifically: After Sales Engineer Hand-Off, this role takes care of all post sales technical requirements of contract admin, client and any other internal or external stakeholders Works closely with SupremeServ team to determine best way of completing in house work, on site work, onsite training, project related warranty, and scheduling and delivery Completes all paperwork related to post sales technical activities, including project start-up training, storage related documents, documents related to warranty, technical clarifications, change orders, factory related technical requests, coordinates with SupremeServ team for any start-up and commissioning checklists, or with contract admin for Operating manuals, or any other documents related to project Travels on site for start-up training and commissioning supervision as required, utilizing internal and external partners to complete any tasks required because of scheduling conflicts, or more technician related demands Problem solver / Troubleshooting.

Responds well under pressure.

Actively Team player role bridges various intercompany departmentsJob Requirements:Qualifications: 3 – 5 Years’ mechanical experience with centrifugal pumps is an asset An aptitude for fluid systems and pumping Technical background, willing to learn.

Engineering degree preferred, technical diploma or degree a must 3-5 years’ experience as a mechanical tradesman Strong Mechanical competence with centrifugal pumps and rotating equipment Machining and/ or electrical background knowledge is an asset Computer literate, Highly organized, Knowledge of Microsoft applications outlook, word doc.

excel Excellent communication skills and time management Project management, strategic selling awareness.
