Job Title: Multiplatform Programming Coordinator, Bell Media Supervisor: Director of operations, administration and materialJob Status: Temporary Full Time 9 months contract Location : 1717 boul.

René-Lévesque Est, Montréal Clarification on the task:This is a temporary position of 9 months to offer help to the team in the transfer of data between software Responsibilities: Enter and maintain the product information in « Axis » according to the acquisition specs, contracts and conditions Liaise with different departments to ensure the metadata is produced and ready for entry into the CMS on time (synopsis, images, video files, etc.) Program the multiplatform metadata into the appropriate CMS’s (IBMS, Axis and Auto-scheduler), according to the strategy determined by the merchandising team.

Maintain the database up to date with the correct metadata, editorial information and rightsManaging and refer to different Smart sheet used by many departmentsMaintain a link with the Operations team in order to monitor the deployment of the content with our partners and internal appsPrepare the necessary documentation, inventory, planners and metadataConfirm content warnings and AGVOT ratings, may require some screening of programming to determine appropriate warnings/ratingsManage technical problems with different teams involvedOther connected tasks Qualifications:Passionate about TV and movies2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the fields of television, distribution or productionFluent in both French and English, written and spokenExperience with IBMS, Axis or Ace would be an important assetAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel Keen sense of judgement, organizational skills and rigorAptitude for teamwork, open-minded and flexibilityCapacity to prioritize and respect deadlinesAdaptability, demonstrate change-management skills and capacity to work under pressure are essentials Bilingualism is required (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
