Dveloppeur de contenu de formation SAP Lieu : Montral (QC) Statut / horaire : Permanent temps plein Exprience : 0 2 ans dexprience dans un rle similaire Scolarit : Baccalaurat spcialis dans une discipline approprie Description du poste : Superviser et collaborer tous les aspects du dveloppement des talents par la conception et le dveloppement de la formation SAP (outils, normes, modles, programmes d”tudes).

Le dveloppeur de contenu de formation matrise tous les aspects de la prestation de la formation, y compris les activits de soutien (Hypercare).

Rle et responsabilits principales : Analyser les besoins des clients, en termes de formation Recueillir la documentation et l”information ncessaires l”laboration de la formation.

laborer un plan de formation personnalis (systme SAP), comprenant les processus d”affaires, matriel de formation sur les comptences gnrales, guides de l”instructeur/du participant ; cahiers d”exercices, aides de travail, simulations.

Valider les supports de formation avec les responsables d”quipes fonctionnelles et les clients Travailler avec l”quipe fonctionnelle pour dterminer les exigences en matire de donnes sur les exercices en milieu de formation.

Mettre en place un environnement de formation pour chacune des formations systme SAP Participer la formation des formateurs Identifier les mises jour de matriel de formation et de soutien ncessaires Dispenser une formation l”utilisateur final, si ncessaire Appuyer d”autres activits de formation, au besoin Effectuer le suivi des formations complts et venir Tenir les dirigeants du programme au courant des progrs ou des problmes.

SAP Training Developer Lieu : Montral (QC) Status / schedule : Permanent full-time Experience : 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role Education : Bachelor”s degree with honours in an appropriate discipline Job description : Supervise and collaborate on all aspects of talent development through the design and development of SAP training (tools, standards, templates, curricula) The training content developer is proficient in all aspects of training delivery, including support activities (Hypercare).

Main role and responsibilities : Analyze customer training needs Collect the documentation and information necessary to develop the training.

Develop a customized training plan (SAP system), including business processes, general skills training materials, instructor/participant guides; workbooks, work aids, simulations.

Validate training materials with functional team leaders and customers Work with the functional team to determine exercise data requirements in the training environment.

Set up a training environment for each of the SAP system training courses Participate in the training of trainers Identify updates of necessary training and support materials Provide end-user training, if necessary Support other training activities as required Monitor completed and future training courses Keep program leaders informed of progress or problems.
