Here are the responsibilities for this role: Supporting daily tasks of operations by leading SOS (start of shift) huddles and assigning job duties to the Associates Ensuring the team is being held accountable to safety, quality, and productivity performance standards Monitoring and communicating performance and quality metrics to Supervisor Investigating volume misses and communicate issues to Supervisor Communicating important information to peers and associates Supporting the onboarding and training of new hires Managing non-inventory or inventory for the area assigned Understanding and following all Standard Operating Procedures Fostering a culture of Safety first, 5S, and continuous improvement ON-PROD
