Intermediate/Senior Change Management Advisor

Take your ambitions to the next level As part of the project office activities, we are currently looking for a Senior Change Management Advisor to be responsible for a project in ”Lead” mode, with an Intermediate Advisor in support.

The project aims to implement artificial intelligence for sales forecasting, management of labour needs in stores, as well as management of orders and production lists.

The incumbent will report to the Information Technology Office as an advisor for the change management team.

His/her work will be part of the deployment of strategies aimed at the appropriation of changes and new ways of doing things in an environment in full transformation.

He/she will develop and implement change management strategies to mobilize stakeholders towards the achievement of objectives, while taking into account the corporate culture and the context of the project.

Analyze project impacts and stakeholders; Assess and mitigate human risks; Develop change management activity plans; Develop change management strategies for communication, training, stakeholder engagement, etc.; Facilitate and lead change management workshops; Participate in project meetings (weekly, ad hoc, sponsorship); Develop various coaching tools; Build and launch communications activities according to risks, impacts, stakeholders, and different phases of the project; Support transition activities; Measure adherence to the change during the different phases of the project; Evaluate resu lts and benefits of the change ; Coordinate the execution of Change Management activities with the collaboration of the project team and business line managers; Work in collaboration with a Change Management Advisor and support him/her in the realization of the activities of the different action plans.

Undergraduate degree in Communication, Administration, or Change Management; PROSCI certification; Eight (8) to ten (10) years of experience in change management; Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Office 365 (Teams, OneNote, OneDrive, Forms); Ability to think strategically and globally, and to work with stakeholders at multiple hierarchical levels; Experience with change management in a large company, and especially, a retail business; Experience with a retail customer base; Highly autonomous, with organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail; Excellent interpersonal communication and team spirit; Good listening skills and customer oriented; Fast and sustained learning; Ability to multi-task and meet tight and sometimes changing deadlines; Perfect command of French and English (oral and written).
