HR Analyst, Total Rewards & HRIS

This is a Full-time position in Longueuil, QC posted October 13, 2021.

We are seeking an HR Analyst, Total Rewards & HRIS for our site located Senneville (Montreal).

The following are responsibilities related to the HR Analyst, Total Rewards & HRIS.

• Responsible for performing detailed analysis of all HR programs to enhance and optimize program performance and sustainability.

• Act as a subject matter expert on our HRIS (Success Factors), including system maintenance, recommendations for enhancements, communication, and training to end users.

• Provide detailed analysis on the Benefits (Health and Savings), Compensation, and Payroll programs and investigates, actions and solutions all escalated benefit issues (technological side).

• Participate and support in any Total Rewards projects, initiatives, and enhancements.

• Assist with benchmarking and trend analysis.

• Respond to queries and provide guidance in line with internal processes and policies.

• Perform monitoring, quality assurance, and monitoring to ensure the accuracy of data gathered.

• Develop and implement HR key performance indicators and scorecard.

• Deliver meaningful metrics, trends, key insights, and detailed analysis in all areas of HR.

• Produce scheduled and ad-hoc queries/reporting solutions for HR team members in an effort to ensure data accuracy, seek opportunities to drive innovation and process improvement.

• Participate and lead in different HR projects and initiatives.

• Complete administrative tasks for HR processes including but not limited to, benefits, pension plan, wellness initiatives, recognition program, training, confirmation of employment letters etc.

Job Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related field.

• Experience: 3 to 5 years’ experience in Total rewards, including benefits, compensation, and payroll.

• Solid customer service experience is an asset.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Experience using an HRIS (Success Factors).

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, following processes and actioning requests in an accurate, timely and customer-centric manner.

• Ability to show insight and good judgment and provide sound solutions and decisions.

• Bilingualism (English/French) is required.

• General office working conditions, the noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
