Goodfood compte actuellement plus de 200 000 membres actifs et plus de 1 800 employs dvous et passionns travers le Canada.chelle salariale partir de $20.73/heure jusqu” 28.23$/h base selon les annes d”exprience et la performance!*Formation obligatoire de 2 semaines Lundi vendredi de 9h00 17h30Quarts disponibles:Les fins de semaine 11h45-20h15 + 3 jours de semaine 11h30-20h ou 13h45-22h15 ou 15h30 minuit Responsabilits Fournir un service clientle de classe mondiale et une assistance tous les membres pour garantir une satisfaction 100%; Traiter les appels entrants et sortants, les courriels, les sessions de clavardage, les commentaires de clients et toutes autres tches attribues de manire rapide et professionnelle, afin de respecter les normes de qualit tablies; Effectuer une analyse afin didentifier les principales causes de problmes et les rsoudre afin d”viter les dsabonnements; Collaborer avec dautres dpartements pour assuer la rsolution rapide des problmes de nos membres et assurer leur satisfaction; Documentez et enregistrez minutieusement les principaux renseignements tirs des problmes des partags par nos membres, communiquer ces problmes linterne et fournir des rapports la direction, si ncessaire; Effectuez rgulirement des suivis avec les clients ayant vcu des problmes qui nont pas t rsolus ou qui sont insatisfaits afin de rpondre de manire proactive aux proccupations des membres et dempcher les dsabonnements.

Qualifications Diplme: Baccalaurat ou Collgial complt Bilingue (ORAL et CRIT) 2-3 ans dexprience dans un rle reli au service client Aptitudes sociales hors pairs et une attitude positive contagieuse!

Habilets de communication orales et crites de niveau expert.

Vous tes passionn par la rsolution de problme et matrisez lcoute active.

Goodfood currently has more than 200,000 active subscribers and over 2000 dedicated and passionate employees across Canada.Salaries range from $20.73/hr up to $28.23/hr based on years of experience and performance!*Mandatory 2 week training Monday to Friday from 9:00am-5:30pm*Available Shifts:Weekends 11:45am-8:15pm + 3 weekday shifts 11:30 am 8 pm or 1:45 pm 10:15 pm or 3:30 pm to midnightResponsibilities Provide world-class customer service and support to all members to guarantee 100% satisfaction Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, customer feedback, and all other assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner, to reach established quality standards Perform root-cause analysis to identify and resolve issues to avoid account cancellation Work with other departments to ensure that member issues are resolved in a timely manner and to the members satisfaction; Thoroughly document and record key learnings around member issues, communicate issues internally and provide reporting to management as needed.

Conduct routine outbound follow-up with customers that have unresolved issues or are otherwise dissatisfied to proactively address members concerns and prevent churn Qualifications University or college degree (minimum DEC) Bilingual WRITTEN and SPOKEN 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role Positive attitude You have written and verbal communication skills You”re passionate about problem-solving Ability to multitask and easily manage stress Team player Why Goodfood?Our team strives to give our members a world class customer experience.
