YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategy Working alongside CRM and the brand marketing teams (Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, Can-Am Off-Road, Can-Am On-Road, Marine group), you will: Participate and lead various fast pace projects Work closely with different teams to execute and align vision with brands strategies Analyze global results and share recommendations Build transversal vision and strategy for all of BRP’s brands worldwide Build and Optimize consumer journey & automation strategies Lead & share best practices to bring innovation and increase program performance Processes Working alongside your team members and partners, you will execute marketing automation processes that will support brands, to: Lead a team of CRM specialists, coordinators and campaign operators Ensure healthiness & quality control for CRM program across brands Standardize acquisition processes & database growth throughout brands and regions Help align internal and external teams on priorities and roadmap Implement testing strategies globaly Responsible for day-to-day operations of the CRM tools Ensure deliverability and monitor IP reputation Manage budget & team hiring, coaching and development Culture Working alongside your team members and partners, you will: Elevate marketing competencies through an active and informed global marketing community Participate in workshops and training aligned with the vision Support initiatives to develop and propel a unique and engaging CRM culture globally YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Bachelors in marketing or related field Minimum of 3 years experience in CRM and team management Experience in marketing automation (email, SMS or other channels) Knowledge of Adobe campaign solution or Salesforce required Accustomed to HTML and JavaScript Fluent in both written and spoken English & French Eager to engage and innovate Ability to work in collaboration with different divisions of the organization Good communicator Great leadership, problem-solving skills and creativity Detail oriented with a critical degree of accuracy Ability to prioritize work and to multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to deadlines Ability to lead large scale projects This role can be filled in either Montreal or Sherbrooke
