Job Description We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team!

You will provide high-level administrative support for our executive team.Responsibilities:Handle administrative needsArrange conference calls and meetings, book appointmentsManage one of the business’ inventoriesAssist with HR itemsFiling, general office assistanceMaintain and order supplies​Qualifications:Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fieldsStrong organizational skillsAbility to prioritize and multitaskStrong attention to detailThe person who succeed in this position will be able to make their own place in the company.

There is training and coaching available at all times, but we are looking for someone who is driven to create their own path and can see a career in our company.
