Kelly Services is currently looking for several bilingual customer service clerks for one of its most prestigious clients. As part of this job, you will be required to perform the following tasks:

• Answer phone calls – incoming call only• Offer a superior level of customer service• Provide comprehensive assistance• Listen, understand and find the right solution• Enter information into the system to keep track of your actions• Any other related tasks

We are looking for people who are responsive and able to deal with particular situations. In addition, it is important to be articulate, courteous and professional in your approach. Finally you must be fully BILINGUAL.


• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service• Bilingual

Working conditions:

• Salary of $ 15 / hour• Probation on the payroll system of the agency with strong possibility of permanence• Weekly evening hours (3 pm to 11.30 am) and daytime weekends (8 am to 8 pm) you must be available during the hours indicated and your 40 hours will be distributed through the opening hours.• 40 hours a week
