As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, your role is to support the recruitment team through various administrative and operational tasks entrusted in you.

CHALLENGES TO BE MET Support the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment efforts across the country by coordinating phone/video interviews, creating candidate profiles, posting jobs in Workday and external websites, etc.

Perform administrative processes related to recruitment and the needs of the Talent Acquisition team.

In a timely manner, reply to internal clients and candidates’ inquiries, while ensuring an excellent experience.

Coordinate background verifications through an external supplier.

Coordinate recruitment events in collaboration with Talent Acquisition advisors.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or equivalent 1 to 2 years’ experience in a coordinator or human resources role Autonomy and initiative Ability to adapt easily Attention to detail and quality of work Capacity for organization and priority management Have a sense of urgency and be action-oriented Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Excellent written and oral communication skills in both official languages (French and English) Experience with Workday, an asset Join BDC and help make a difference With us, you’ll be able to achieve the work/life balance you’re looking for, with competitive working conditions and flexible benefits.
