You will help set up communication materials in our integrated pension plan administration software for clients.  

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze needs and help clients identify their needs.
  • Analyze the various client communication materials and identify those related to the integrated solution.
  • Identify and implement any new communication materials that will be part of the integrated solution.
  • Arrange and attend meetings with clients and internal parties.
  • Act as a resource person for letters, reports and any other document used in the integrated solution.
  • Ensure the quality of project management and oversee the work of various team members.
  • Be available to visit clients on-site.

Your profile:

  • University degree in actuarial science, mathematics, project management, communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel;
  • Proven leadership, analytical and organizational skills, ability to synthesize information and flexibility in managing multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills, good customer-service focus and ability to express information in plain language
  • Ability to set priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • French and English, spoken and written
  • Effective team player with the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with pension plan administration, an asset
