Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and goal driven professional to join our Client Operation Specialist team.

Essentially, this team is responsible of optimizing clients’ online presences through various platforms such as Google, Bing, Yelp, Facebook, etc.

In addition, a COS is asked to audit, update and maintain existing local business pages and troubleshoot with Tech Support team to ensure customer success.

The COS works in close collaboration with several teams in the organization such as Sales, Client Success and Products.

Job Responsibilities Creating and updating local listings according to customer requests, using various platforms such as Google my Business, Facebook Business Manager and Foursquare for Business Handling high volumes of customer data in bulk with tools like Excel and Postman Communicating with business owners all over North America by phone and email to update them on the status and performance of their listings Working directly with directories to identify and remove any inaccuracies and duplicate listings in their systems Preparing detailed performance and speed reports through the use of provided SQL scripts Job Requirements 2+ years of customer service experience A good understanding of the digital marketing and SaaS type environments is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
