Follow us on: LinkedIn BRP; Twitter BRPnews; Facebook BRPinfo.u200B As Change and Performance Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing the governance for optimal performance management of our internal and external infrastructure, and for managing BRP’s change process.

You will play an active role in continuous improvement of processes and tools to maintain a service level that meets BRP’s evolving needs.

You will also be responsible for setting up an efficient process for transitioning projects to operations, in order to meet BRP’s operational requirements and ensure the integrity, security and availability of production environments.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Set up and manage a governance structure that enables BRP to measure and anticipate potential performance issues Work with the PMO and the rest of BRP to educate teams on the importance of testing, measuring and anticipating the impact of projects on current systems Set up the monitoring necessary to anticipate potential performance issues Work collaboratively with internal and external tools and stakeholders Take a leadership role in BRP’s global change process Work with teams around the world to manage the change and deployment process using ServiceNow Work closely with the solutions management team to continuously improve the platform and process with other teams to respond to BRP’s evolving needs Ensure available tools are used effectively by all stakeholders Maintain and adapt the process dashboard and KPIs to measure performance and adjust as necessary Update the governance for the process of transitioning projects to operations Provide project managers, business analysts and the company with application support and project to operations transition support Participate in negotiating long term support contracts with third party partners Coordinate effective communication during projects, incidents, emergencies, etc.

Keep documentation (process and policies) up to date Provide support for critical production systems outside of business hours, to a limited extent and in rotation At all times, provide a customer experience that lives up to expectations Play an active role in setting up SOX governance and ensuring SOX requirements are met YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business technology management, computer science, information systems or other related field, or equivalent work experience 10 to 15 years of experience in a computer or IT department (required) Bilingualism (English and French) Personal characteristics and essential skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent communication and writing skills Solid ability to provide professional customer support Process oriented approach and experience with ITIL concepts (an asset) Highly motivated and self directed Ability to work with technical staff and other company employees Strong teamwork skills
