Take your ambitions to the next level We are currently seeking a Business Partner.

Reporting to the Director, Human Capital (HC), you will be responsible for all HC-related activities for the growing Montreal region.

You will work closely with managers, senior management and other members of the HC team to ensure that HC programs and services are in place to support the organization’s objectives.

You will develop and implement HC initiatives at both the regional and national levels in collaboration with the Canadian HC Business Partner team.

Act as an advisor to your assigned partners on all aspects of HC management, including performance management, talent and succession management, employee relations, employee engagement, compensation, etc; Communicate, support and deploy HC-related changes and activities such as new programs, processes, policies, annual reviews, salary increases, etc.); Develop and implement, in collaboration with managers, vice-presidents, directors and other stakeholders (as appropriate), HC initiatives that support the strategic directions/goals of the assigned groups and the organization; Analyze and interpret data/trends captured by HC performance indicators (KPIs), and make recommendations to managers and the HC team (as appropriate); Actively participate in the company’s organizational change projects by contributing your HC expertise; Act as an advisor and guide managers in the creation and follow-up of development plans and succession plans; Answer questions from managers on all matters related to HC and manage various HC files in collaboration with other members of the HC team across Canada; Provide training to managers and employees on various topics related to HC.

Identify training needs and offer solutions; Solicit feedback from partners to improve the HC service level; Suggest internal process improvements to HC to positively contribute to the employee experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Administration (HR profile) or any relevant field.

ORHRI m embership is an asset; Minimum of seven years experience as a business partner; Recognized for excellent customer service and ability to work independently; Ability to identify issues and propose creative HR solutions to partners; Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment; Results-oriented; Good team spirit, analytical skills and thoroughness; Strong business acumen and ability to influence; Ability to build and maintain strong and lasting interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization; Excellent verbal and written communication is required in both French and English.
