As a Financial Services Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients calling in with questions or requests related to their banking needs.

You’ll deepen relationships, quickly resolve issues and identify opportunities to match clients with the right products and solutions that will enable their financial success.Financial Services Representative OutboundYou’ll proactively reach out to clients to suggest new and existing financial services products that will help them reach their financial goals in the Telephone Banking department.

As a Financial Services Representative at our Contact Centre, you’ll share your knowledge of products and campaigns with clients through outbound calls.

You’ll engage in meaningful conversations, where you’ll seek to develop an in-depth understanding of their financial needs.Bilingual Customer Service Representative Credit CardsAs a Customer Service agent, you’ll use your knowledge of CIBC’s card products to support clients as they manage their day-to-day banking needs.

As a Customer Service Representative at our Contact Centre, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients calling in with questions about their credit cards.

You’ll deepen client relationships by quickly resolving issues, identifying financial opportunities, and providing personalized banking solutions.As a Dispute/Credit Contact Centre (DCCC) representative you’ll have to respond to incoming and/or outbound customer calls in a pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and professional manner.

The DCCC representative will create and maintain positive memorable customer experiences that build confidence in our organization and leave our customers very highly satisfied every time.

The position is established to support the end-to-end dispute resolution process and to process credit card applications.

This position handles the customer’s initial call, customer’s callback for updates to ongoing dispute case credit card application information, credit limit changes and balance transfers.Identity Theft Response Agent, Credit CardsYou will assist and protect our clients and provides risk mitigation which enables our clients to achieve their financial goals with peace of mind.

As an Identity Theft Response Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent service to customers by partnering with CIBC colleagues and using sound investigative skills.

By using your extensive analytical ability, you will resolve complex or difficult problems relating to Fraud Applications, Account Takeovers, Convenience Cheques, and Payments referred by other areas of CIBC or other external sources (law enforcement, other financial institutions, etc.), as well as from our monitoring systems.How You’ll SucceedClient Engagement Focus on each client experience and connect on a personal level to make every interaction meaningful.

Listen, ask questions, and put yourself in the client’s shoes to find the right solutions, every time.Recommending Solutions – Connect clients with the right financial solutions.
