Working with the Organizational Performance team, you will be creating new ways to improve performance.

You actively participate in the evolution and monitoring of the strategic planning and manage cross-functional initiatives implementing various processes that facilitate decision-making.

You will be a key player to solidify the foundations of project management culture and contribute to the planning, monitoring, and control of strategic projects within the team.

Main responsibilities: Strategic planning: Participate to the annual strategic planning process and the monthly update with the various teams; Collaborate on indicator identification and development for performance measurement and monitoring; Develop, analyze, and produce performance reports and dashboards; Train the teams involved on the various tools used in the strategic plan process.

Projects: Manage short-term projects as needed to support the evolution of the company; Lead key initiatives gathering, analyzing, and documenting project requirements to work with all levels of the organization; Find the appropriate technical solution, perform testing, train the teams involved and document processes; Provide guidance to evaluate performance measurement and reporting.

Projects Control: Accompany the project manager in the development and updating of the project plan or program; Support the monitoring of strategic projects and assists project managers in the planning, execution, and control of various projects; Contribute to the development of expertise and the implementation of best practices in project management within the organization; Ensure a follow-up of project costs, including follow-up with external and internal suppliers based on the specifications and planning identified with the project manager; Produce and analyze the various performance indicators of the project portfolio.

Desired profile: Excellent analytical and synthesis skills; Excellent understanding of development and project management methodologies; Strong interest in the administrative and analytical aspects of project management; Ability to implement simple processes; Strong communication skills both orally and in writing (English and French); Demonstrates autonomy, rigor, and thoroughness; Ability to adapt to complex and sometimes more urgent situations; Demonstrates the ability to work in a team.

Qualifications: A university degree in business or computer science; Minimum 7 years of experience including 2-3 years as a PCO and in financial monitoring of projects; Mastery of project management processes & tools; Experience in data analysis and development of performance indicators; PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma or change management certification (an asset); Knowledge of Smartsheet and Power BI (an asset); Experience in technology (understanding the SaaS model is an asset).
