BRP’s Omnichannel Experience team is looking for an Omnichannel Strategy Analyst that can take part in designing critical pieces of the new BRP omnichannel strategy.

The Omnichannel Strategy Analyst will participate in a variety of analysis and research that would fuel BRP’s retail transformation and ultimately, lead to actionable strategies, impacting the whole business.

This is an opportunity to actively work with cross-functional business leaders to break the mold.

You will be participating in the full strategic life-cycle: research, solution design, tests and validations.

To provide further context on the categories of work, this could include, but not be limited to: market research, data analysis (sales, analytics, customers, dealers, financial, etc.).

This position requires outstanding analytic capabilities, on top of a creative problem-solving mind, with strong collaborative skills.

If you have always been interested in solving complex business problems from a holistic perspective as well as asking the “why” behind a decision, that job is for you YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders (including but not limited to: sales, logistic, digital, product, brand, legal teams) to gather relevant insights and data in order to proceed to specific analysis; Lead analysis with internal and external partners including but not limited to customers, market research firms, business stakeholders and other sources to inform the design of the retail strategy; Deliver recommendations on how to address specific problems/challenges; Interpret data, analyze results using analytics and research methodologies (including, but not limited to: market trends research, benchmarking, online research, reporting analysis, etc.); Make sure to consider all key components of a given situation such as business interdependencies, company procedures, policies, and workflows; Validate assumptions with key stakeholders, ensuring the accuracy of our analysis as well as adjusting it along the way; Develop actionable roadmaps based on the defined strategic pillars; Document all the analysis work in order to facilitate knowledge sharing; Participate in preparing impactful presentations to stakeholders; YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Bachelor’s Degree in business-commerce, computer science, business administration or in a pertinent field A minimum of 3 years experience in the retail industry (digital, operations and processes) Experience working in a ecommerce and cross-functional business Powerful storytelling & presentation design skills, in English and French are a must Detailed oriented, but with the ability to always see the big picture Strong knowledge of Excel (for data analysis purposes) Intermediate Knowledge on SQL, working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or other data visualisation tools Curious, fast-learner, open to feedback Entrepreneurial mindset, able to take initiatives and be creative
