Quality Control Technician/Coordinator

Specialized in the field of moulding and plastics processing, our client has been able to make their mark by constantly modernizing and innovating their installations.

Their constant growth leads to the improvement of their services, especially with their team eager to always do better They are looking for a quality control coordinator who will be able to bring them to perfection.

The tasks consist of:
– Participating in the continuous improvement of quality control processes and in the resolution of quality issues.

– Participating in the management of customer dissatisfactions and writing complaint action reports.

– Ensuring internal and external calibration of machines.

– Repairing manufacturing molds and writing reports when necessary.

– Managing daily preparation of certificates of conformity for manufactured products.

– Regularly updating documentation on the quality of various company products.

– Providing support and assistance to quality inspectors and the production department.

– Performing related tasks to ensure proper operation.

– Having at least a DCS.

– Easily being able to use Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.).

– Being bilingual in French and English, spoken and written.

– Being familiar with the Six Sigma management method is an asset.
