In 2019, Eurofins generated total revenues of EUR € 4.56 billion, and has been among the best performing stocks in Europe over the past 20 years.Job Description Primary Purpose: Under direct supervision of the Laboratory Supervisor, this position is responsible for conducting sample preparation and analysis using the appropriate analytical methods on a permanent early shift basis starting at 04:00 ending 12:00 Principal Duties & Responsibilities:Perform sample extractions according to applicable SOPs and test methods; Perform sample analysis, integration, and data entry into the LIMS system; Perform method validation procedures for applicable test methods; Maintain good laboratory housekeeping at all times; Perform regular instrument maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration; Keep track of consumables inventory and request supplies for ordering, as required; Follow the Quality System as documented in the Quality Assurance Manual; andOther related duties as assigned.QualificationsUniversity degree or college diploma in a chemistry-related field; Basic computer literacy; Laboratory safety and WHMIS training; Troubleshooting skills required for instrument maintenance; Technical knowledge of applicable test methods; andWeekend and/or other shifts may be required.Additional InformationWorking Conditions: This position is based in an office within a laboratory environment; significant time spent sitting in front of a computer is required.

Lifting requirements of up to 30lbs on a regular basis.

Extra hours, weekends may be required.
