Strategic Planning Analyst


This is a Contract position in Montreal, QC posted May 5, 2022.


  • Contribute to the growth of the global Can-Am Off-Road brand;
  • Take part in a dynamic, collaborative and challenge-driven team;
  • Develop your strategic instincts, analytical expertise and leadership skills.


  • Support the Can-Am Off-Road leadership team in the implementation and communication of the brand vision and key strategic initiatives.
  • Establish relevant processes and governance to ensure efficiency in strategic planning, project management and on-going operations to allow the brand team to deliver on the vision and strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor the impact of implemented processes, tools and governance leveraging industry best practices to continuously optimize and inject new ideas to the processes in place.
  • Manage yearly strategic and financial planning cycles for the brand, proactively aligning with brand, regional, marketing expert and sales teams.
  • Develop strategic presentations with compelling storytelling.
  • Supervise and manage brand budgets and forecasts.
  • Be a positive leader of change, challenging the status quo to help achieve our strategic priorities.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or finance – MBA is an asset.
  • 2+ years of consulting and advisory services, preferably in a professional services firm or marketing agency.
  • Strategic and intellectual thinker who understands strategy, financial planning and project management through the lens of brand marketing.
  • Can research, curate, organize and synthesize diverse and complex data sets to inform brand development vision and strategic planning.
  • Creative problem solver who can find relevant solutions with existing resources and can thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment.
  • High degree of ownership, self-initiative and follow through.
  • Organized, accurate, and result oriented.
  • Strong proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages an asset.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
