Specialist, Marketing & Partnerships, Uncharted Society


This is a Contract position in Montreal, QC posted May 12, 2022.

Uncharted Society is BRP’s newly created experience brand. It is BRP’s collection of exclusive experiences, operated by certified outfitters. Uncharted Society’s mission is to make the experience of our products accessible to all by offering the ultimate experience of our vehicles for potential buyers or adventurers. This new division of BRP is an opportunity for the company to increase accessibility to our products by reaching new entrants with a non-product-oriented mindset, focusing first and foremost on customer experience. 

We’re looking for a Marketing & Partnerships Specialist that can support the deployment of partnerships and lead strategic marketing projects to build a strong marketing ecosystem for our experiences. The specialist will mainly be responsible for deploying and nurturing the relationship with our media, ambassadors, content partners and premium outfitters. 


The specialist will be leading key strategic marketing initiatives to support the sales & marketing team in the deployment of the annual marketing strategy. His/her main responsibilities will be to:

  • Partnerships & affiliate marketing:
    – Develop partnership agreements to support UnSo’s growth and brand building goals
    – Develop & coordinate affiliate marketing strategy
    – Manage relationship, partnership structure and negotiations
  • Ambassadors program management
    – Develop & deploy UnSo’s Guide ambassador program
    – Coordinate all outfitters network ambassadors activations 
  • Strategic marketing projects management
    – Lead key marketing projects such as brand acts, outfitter marketing programs, content production, etc.
  • Work closely with the Marketing coordinator to align on marketing initiatives and diffusion of content
  • Stay abreast of partners’ needs and market developments
  • Understand BRP’s products & act as a consultant for our partners
  • Feed content pipeline by bringing new opportunities to the table with our partners, media, outfitters and ambassadors


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or the equivalent
  • 3-5 years experience in program deployment 
  • Experience in project management & coordination
  • Good knowledge of marketing channels: website, CRM, social, PR, ambassadors
  • Understanding of the consumer journey and how to win hearts and minds at all touch points
  • Strong communication skills in English to work with our outfitters and BRP staff around the world. Bilingualism in French and English is an asset 
  • Team player with the ability to create and maintain relationships
  • Well-spoken with an agile mindset; “Fail fast, fail often, but always fail forward.”
