Social Media Manager

This is a Full-time position in Montréal, QC posted November 28, 2018.

Do you want to join a dynamic Customer Service team that promotes service excellence, strong teamwork, and a unique and fun work environment? We’re looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced Call Centre environment. Primary responsibilities are to answer emails, phone calls, and social media posts while delivering excellent customer service.


  • Respond to social media posts with enthusiasm and creativity.
  • Respond to emails from Customers.
  • Respond to phone calls from Customers.
  • Outbound calling for Customer survey/follow-up.
  • Diligently follow up on outstanding Customer related issues.
  • Deliver superior service and help create an exceptional experience for our Customers.

Education and Experience:

  • Fluent in French and English written and oral.
  • 3 years of previous customer service experience/Call Centre required.
  • Experience with Sales Force is an asset.
  • Proficient knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, online forums
  • Experience with Lithium Social Media Management Software is an asset

Technical Requirements:

  • A reliable computer running Windows – 7, 8.1 or 10 (minimum 4G RAM, dual core processor)
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office.
  • Non-wireless DSL or Cable internet connection is required. Wireless DSL (antenna on roof) and/or satellite internet are not acceptable.
  • Landline or cell phone with call waiting and voicemail disabled or USB Headset and strong internet connection for VoIP communications

Non-Technical Requirements:

  • Superior communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Superior Customer Service skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Must be a self-starter.
  • Strong reading and interpretation skills.
  • Must be analytical – be able to analyze various options and take appropriate action.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure/deadlines.
  • Must be honest and energetic.
  • Must be able to work within a team as well as independently.

Other things to note:

  • Open availability – project runs 7 days a week.
  • Position is ½ Social media and ½ CSR – shifts will be split.
