Senior Cultural Advisor

As Senior Cultural Advisor, you’ll lead the implementation of the new National Development Hub for Private Banking 1859, and the national broadcasting strategy for Private Banking 1859 content

Your role:

  • Serve as a project lead and spearhead implementation and monitoring of strategic orientations for external lobbying and content marketing communications.
  • Participate actively in the strategy and implementation of a distinctive client and employee experience for PB 1859
  • Be up to date with market trends and initiate new concepts to support the evolving organizational culture (stay at the forefront)
  • Based on identified client and employee needs, coordinate and design new internal and external training offers, ensure they’re implemented and that stakeholders buy in.
  • Take on different initiatives as part of your mandate and ensure they are delivered
  • Be an expert for your business unit when dealing with various internal and external parties and also when working on various Bank committees
  • Participate in various large-scale projects and complex mandates with a significant impact on the organization and business growth

This new position reports to the Vice-President, Culture, Brand Image and Specialized Advice at PB 1859 and you will work closely with her on this mandate. You’ll also have two senior colleagues to support you in developing this environment.

Required competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management or another related field and 7 years of relevant experience or a master’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience
  • In-depth experience and interest in proposing creative, intelligent and innovative solutions
  • Experience in project management
  • Expertise in organizational development
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Understanding of the business unit’s environment
  • Bilingualism, spoken and written (English and French)

  • Proactive in monitoring best international practices in your own market
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to influence others
  • Discipline, autonomy, team spirit
