Marketing Web Specialist


This is a Full-time position in Montreal, QC posted June 16, 2022.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES As a member of the Can-Am Off-Road marketing team, the Senior Marketing Specialist will play a key role in our journey to become the most desirable brand in the industry.

You will take ownership of web strategies in partnership with your team leader, lead content development projects, website optimizations and more to improve our customer journey and support continued business growth.

To do this, you must have a deep understanding of the website ecosystem (CMS, SEO, UX, UI, etc.), great project management skills and a strategic mindset to really allow us to connect with the hearts and minds of our consumers.

In your role, you will: Manage the brand’s website: Maximize the effectiveness of the Can-Am Off-Road website in collaboration with the internal team of digital experts, in order to optimize the user experience.

Contribute to the strategy and conceptualization of the Can-Am Off-Road brand web pages based on best practices communicated by the internal team of digital experts and based on the conversion funnel principle.

Evaluate the performance of the brand’s website in order to make optimizations.

Recommend and implement ways to improve the performance of the Can-Am Off-Road website and help achieve the business and marketing objectives of the brand.

Manage the updates and publications for the brand’s website by communicating with the internal team of digital experts in order to meet key activation dates.

Ensure the integration of the e-commerce, parts, accessories and clothing components on the brand’s website.

Strategize and coordinate content dedicated to the website: Lead and implement the website content strategy in collaboration with the Can-Am Off-Road brand and content team, the creative agency and other stakeholders.

Track and optimize the online customer journey using a continuous improvement approach (KPIs) for each of the touch points in the customer journey.

Write briefs related to the production of web content and coordinate their production while respecting deadlines.

Product management: Manage, lead from the front and meet deadlines for a multitude of initiatives and digital deliverables, and in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Coordinate deadlines and work planning/distribution with content integrators and ensure quality of deliverables.

Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and hold weekly meetings to ensure product plans are aligned with business goals/plans.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on digital, marketing, communication or a related field.

5 to 7 years of experience in developing digital experiences.

Fluency in French and English is essential, both written and spoken.

Excellent ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects at the same time under tight deadlines.

In-depth knowledge of digital best practices, tactics, levers and web KPIs.

Outstanding communicator who can build positive and trusting relationships with our internal and external partners.
