Marketing and Communications Support/Coordinator


This is a Full-time position in Longueuil, QC posted July 18, 2019.

English will follow We are currently looking to hire a Marketing and Communications Support/Coordinator for a leader in aeronautics and aerospace based in Longueuil.

It is a full-time pre-permanent position.

The position is to be filled as soon as possible.

JOB DETAILS The chosen candidate will possess strong communication, research, writing and Microsoft PowerPoint presentation skills with a background in business development and/or marketing
– ideally in a B2B industry and/or aviation.

He or she will also support digital marketing and sales
– coordinating with the Digital Marketing lead and P&WC’s Corporate Communications Department, the Digital Commercial Solutions team, Sales and other key internal stakeholders as well as and external agencies.

Activities will including supporting content development, execution and analytics as well as results measurement and reporting out.

OTHER TASKS: Develop PowerPoint presentations and other internal/external communications and sales tools and materials to support new aftermarket services and go-to-market strategies.

Write and coordinate email blasts and extract targeted customer lists from the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database and other sources.

Conduct industry research to identify target audiences and prospecting for new services.

Support digital marketing including content development for social media, execution and analytics.

Liaise with other business units such as Sales, Customer Service, Corporate Marketing-Communications, etc.

to support the development and rollout of new aftermarket services.

Experience in sales would be an asset although not required.

May be asked to support market research and prospecting new customer segments to identify potential opportunities.

– 3 to 6 years in a similar role in marketing communications
– Natural ability to communicate in a simple yet efficient manager in a work team is key
– International experience is an asset
– University degree in a related field
– Very strong English
– written and spoken (almost all the involvements will be in english)
– Strong knowledge in digital and B2B marketing communications
– HTML would be an asset to support updating our internal microsite
