E-commerce Coordinator

TROUVÉ is currently looking for an E-commerce Coordinator.


The E-commerce Coordinator will have to manage the daily activities of the company’s branded websites and marketplaces, in North America and internationally. This role will be responsible for contributing to e-commerce sales growth and customer experience across multiple online channels through the implementation and optimization of various digital marketing tools. This person will work within the e-commerce team and collaborate with all departments in the organization to execute strategies that drive online awareness and traffic, while increasing engagement and conversion.

Please note that our client is open to crafting the role to the ideal candidate’s specific areas of experience and interest, as this position is part of a growing team with several new hires expected in 2018.


  • Create product descriptions and ensure that they reflect brand strategy and are compelling to customers;
  • Assist with photo shoots and upload product images onto product pages once edited;
  • Upload, modify and edit products via Enterprise Resource Process (ERP), Product Information Management (PIM) and web Content Management System (CMS);
  • Collaborate with internal content teams to ensure that all brand strategies are carried out through all Ecommerce platforms;
  • Oversee 3rd party web development agency to ensure any development work is completed on time;
  • Prepare summary of inventory levels on a weekly basis and coordinate fulfillment shipments;
  • Maintain outstanding client relationship through effective communications, reporting and problem solving through all ecommerce channels;
  • Manage and analyze customer interactions data;
  • Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer orders and product knowledge requests via chat, email and telephone communications;
  • Professionally address customer issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution in a high volume and high paced environment resulting in customer satisfaction;
  • Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction, growth and expansion of services;
  • Provide excellent customer service to reach a 100% customer satisfaction experience across all platforms;
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports.


  • 3+ years experience in e-commerce or in a similar role;
  • Undergraduate degree or a diploma in marketing/e-commerce or equivalent work experience;
  • Strong interest in e-commerce and eagerness to continue learning;
  • Experience with Shopify and/or Magento web platforms is an asset. Knowledge of Google Analytics, MailChimp and/or other e-commerce related tools an asset;
  • Exceptional content and copywriting skills;
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central;
  • Experience with direct-to-consumer channels;
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in both English and French is ideal;
  • Highly computer literate with strong skills in Microsoft Excel and/or other analytical tools;
  • Experience in the apparel industry an asset.
