The Business Analyst, Marketing Technology implements optimized business processes and creates the documentation and planning of technology, data and processes necessary for Marketing and Public Affairs to fully leverage technology in its operations.

He or she is a key IT partner in translating Marketing & Public Affairs and business strategies into marketing technology initiatives.THE CHALLENGES THAT AWAIT YOUParticipate in the analysis of customer needs, collect and document all business requirements, review, update requirements, specifications, processes and make recommendations related to a proposed solution.Understand the business context and the impact of projects on the organization’s processes.Align the various stakeholders using recognized methodsFacilitate project meetings and presentations as part of project and process improvement presentations.Establish and maintain a high level of interaction with customers and various partnersTake ownership of system improvement requests and translate them into business requirements.Use recognized methods for requirements and acceptance criteriaEnsure the effectiveness of the work (user acceptance testing) performed when new applications or business processes are introduced, so that they adequately represent the desired goal.Ensure deliverables are in compliance with established specificationsTake a leadership role in the adoption of processes, establish appropriate communications and provide training to target audiences.Keep abreast of the needs and strategies of various internal clientsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant studies5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst roleCertification in Business Analysis, CBAP or PMI-PBA an assetExperience in the financial services industry an assetStrong analytical skills and ability to synthesize informationExcellent knowledge of business analysis best practices and methodologiesGood ability to learn and question processes and proceduresStrong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesAbility to manage ambiguous situations and to quickly understand new conceptsGood listening and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with internal and external customersExcellent oral and written communication skillsInfluence stakeholders using a variety of techniquesAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of office suite, VisioKnowledge of agile delivery methodBilingualismWith us, you’ll be able to achieve the work/life balance you’re looking for, with competitive working conditions and above-market flexible benefits.
