Requires experience in Google Analytics 360, bringing its data to the enterprise and reporting on it through Microsoft Power BI, Excel, SQL.CHALLENGES TO BE METDevelop data-driven actionable insights for marketing analytics (client experience, omni-channel analytics), product conversion and/or marketing performance.

Drive insights to actions and report on results with marketing leaders.Translate marketing goals into actionable metrics, develop sound forecasts and targets (e.G., channel; engagement, business impact, etc.)Develop, deploy, and manage self-serve analytics reports/dashboards (e.G., Google Analytics 360, Power BI Reports/Dashboards, Excel Spreadsheets, etc.) for operations.Respond rapidly to requests on campaign reporting using data from Google Analytics and other marketing systems.

Analyze for causality using explainable models.

Advise on potential improvements to business practices based on data and insights through storytelling.Drive data capture requirements and ongoing data management for marketing technology platforms such as content management system, digital asset management, events management, tag management, web analytics, email marketing, social media, customer data platform, etc.

Promote adoption and adherence to set rules to ensure the right digital data is captured for reporting & analytics.Develop and manage digital and marketing data models and pipelines from disparate sources.Ensure data collection, preparation and processing are accurate, integrated, orchestrated, and executed as planned.Develop, define, document, and maintain client data schema, dictionary, structure, pipelines, and their business uses (e.G., taxonomy, tagging, etc.).Develop optimized code, methods, and algorithms to perform the analytics work using the right enterprise technologies.Manage activities and tasks from planning to delivery.Take ownership of work and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.G., marketing, IT, corporate programs) to ensure well-communicated and prompt delivery.Actively take part in planning, status, and governance sessions.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR2 to 15 years of relevant work experience in digital or marketing.Experience working as a data analyst or product owner for 5+ years.Experience with web analytics, marketing data and their ingestion, transformation, and reporting.Experience in a large organization (over 1,000 people at head office).Bachelors degree or experience in Analytics, Marketing & Communications, Management of Information Systems, Computer Sciences, Engineering or E-Commerce.

Graduate degree considered an asset.Experience with Google Analytics 360, Tealium, other web analytics technologies, and mobile site and mobile app analytics platforms.Ability to aggregate, standardize, interpret, and model data, and to work independently within a data mart or database.Familiarity with database queries in an enterprise context (i.E.: SQL)Excel skills (pivots, tables, functions, data modeling, Power Query).Experience with visualization methods and dashboard tools or modern business intelligence tools (e.G., Microsoft Power BI).Digital marketing platform skills ad serving and technology platforms.Very Strong Ability to produce and communicate polished and crisp reports, analyses, presentations autonomously.Ability to constructively and collaboratively work as a team to create and sustain high performance.Very Strong Interpersonal and communication skills and cross-functional collaboration to work with partners to achieve common goals and commitments.Results focused self-starter with excellent analytical skills and an ability to decompose ambiguous questions into discrete data problems and answer with clear, actionable insights.Bilingual in English and FrenchWith us, you’ll be able to achieve the work/life balance you’re looking for, with competitive working conditions and above-market flexible benefits.
