YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES As the Team Leader, EV NPD – Manufacturing Strategy, reporting to the Manager, Special Projects Manufacturing Strategy, your primary responsibilities will be industrial production and project management of aspects related to electric vehicle assembly in order to ensure optimal production Lead a multidisciplinary team (industrial engineering specialist, methods technician) to achieve its objectives, employing matrix and functional management styles Manage the project and ensure that budgets are respected and deliverables met with regard to vehicle assembly and the gating plan Guide engineering work to optimize vehicle assembly with the right tools (DFX, PFMEA) Identify assembly requirements for aspects such as equipment, tooling and balancing, and ensure delivery is on time Ensure vehicle electrification technology is optimally integrated into the production line Coordinate the project with the manufacturing site and the project team in order to ensure optimal production Build business cases for different strategies to optimize assembly costs Promote continuous improvement in order to improve the department and the processes and tools used YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Bachelor’s degree or DEC (college diploma) in industrial, mechanical or electrical engineering Relevant manufacturing experience (assembly, logistics, infrastructure, etc.).

Relevant experience in project management Relevant experience in staff and budget management Experience in vehicle electrification a major asset Minimum of 10 years of experience Spoken and written bilingualism (English and French), advanced level (4/5) – Spanish an asset Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel and project management software (Smartsheet, MS Project) At ease with developing presentations and with synthesizing and communicating complex ideas to a variety of audiences Initiative and desire to excel, ability to work independently, well organized and thorough Innovative and curious mind with an attention to detail Proven leadership and interpersonal skills Skilled at working in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams Able to travel
