Our client, a national leader in automotive parts and tire distribution, is currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for its warehousing division. The Warehouse Supervisor is primarily responsible for leading the work teams, coordinating and scheduling day-to-day operations as well as the human and material resources required to operate the warehousing operations.

He / she ensures the implementation and maintenance of occupational health and safety policies and the achievement of high standards.

Implement a customer satisfaction strategy by setting high standards of operational quality at the warehousing level;
Ensure that customers receive courteous and prompt service at all times;
Collaborate with the Storage Coordinator to ensure timely delivery and service standards;
Establish operational objectives to be achieved on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;
Constantly adjust the work to be done based on priorities, last minute requests or unexpected situations;
Proactively improve business processes to achieve higher levels of efficiency and evaluate their performance;
Act as an ambassador for high standards, policy enforcement and the promotion of corporate values to employees;
Participate in the development of the warehousing employees.


Professional Background: Minimum of 5 years experience in a warehouse distribution center, including supervision, will allow you to perform your financial, human and operational management responsibilities with ease.

IT Skills: Your proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially with Excel, will allow you to build good models to better track and give a better insight into your operations;

Area Expert: In addition to having a valid driver’s license, your ease with the Greater Montreal Area management will simply save you time and be more strategic in route planning;

Focused on customer service: You care about the service quality that you provide to your customers, colleagues and business partners. At all times, you put the customer at the center of your concerns and make sure you provide them with a service that meets their expectations;

Organization: You have excellent time management and logistics planning skills that allow you to always meet deadlines and optimize operational activities;

Leadership: You are a natural ambassador for good business practices and know how to make difficult but necessary decisions.You are naturally motivated and know how to rally your troops towards established goals.

You are not afraid to get involved and you are always ready to help your team with the most physically demanding tasks.
