Are you ready to join a dynamic team and help define BRP’s manufacturing strategies?

Working out of BRP’s centre of expertise and tasked with achieving global logistics excellence, the logistics strategy team defines the inbound and outbound logistics standards and future strategies for our assembly plants.

The department is also in charge of leading major systems transformations and the integration of new technology, and of supporting our manufacturing sites’ various teams (planning, transportation, handling, logistics engineering, etc.) with multiple tactical and strategic matters.


To tackle a wide range of stimulating challenges that will require stepping off the beaten path and working closely with a variety of multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.

To act as a logistics advisor and influence multiple key decisions, conducting technological benchmarks, analysis and simulations on a daily basis.

To be a key representative of logistics strategy throughout the implementation of new logistics processes, systems and technologies YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to the Team Lead – Logistics Systems Strategy, you will work with a dynamic team that values diversity and actively leverages everyone’s strengths.

In addition to supporting several internal clients, the Logistics Systems team leads a number of major transformations in which important technological decisions have to be made.

The Simulation and Logistics Technology Specialist will play an influential role in these transformations and in developing solutions to operational issues at BRP.

Your tasks and projects will include: Using simulation modelling software like AnyLogic to simulate various current and future business processes and scenarios to help BRP make informed decisions on various topics Conducting benchmarking studies of new logistics technologies Preparing business cases for the future rollout of new logistics technology and tools at our manufacturing sites Acting as the senior technology lead for asset tracking, amongst others, including for returnable packaging in BRP’s supply chain and distribution network (e.g., RFID) Revamping the warehouse master data creation process, while ensuring seamless integration with systems YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business technology and systems management (information systems management [ISM]) or a related field A minimum of 4 years of relevant and substantial experience (supply chain management, manufacturing operations, systems and technology implementation, continuous improvement) Advanced knowledge of Excel Fluent English a must; French an asset Knowledge of simulation modelling software (e.g., AnyLogic) Familiarity with SAP MM an asset Experience in the management of returnable packaging is a plus Project management experience an asset YOUR SKILLS Excellent ability to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams Proficiency at synthesizing and communicating complex information to a variety of audiences Strong analytical and problem solving abilities Innovative and curious mind with an attention to detail Proven leadership and interpersonal skills Sense of initiative and excellence, autonomy, structure and rigour Propensity for project based work and strategic development and implementation Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them turnkey Willingness to travel on occasion
