Stop waiting and come have fun Our client is looking for someone who enjoys teamwork and who stands out for their customer service to fill a membership services clerk position for their office in downtown Montreal.

Administrative tasks: Answer questions related to enrolment and conditions of admission.

Receive and submit admission applications.

Open new files and answer licensee questions.

Respond to different situations according to the established policy (complaints and questions).

Send documents to the department representative following the recognition guide.

Get involved in membership renewal notices for members.

Track payments of annual membership fee.

Follow up by email with members and staff involved regarding status and membership fee.

Carry out any other similar tasks.

Group insurance after the 3-month probationary period.

2 weeks of vacation after 1 year.

The company is closed for 2 weeks for Christmas and New Year.

Possible telework (2-3 days per week).

Unionized position.

Accessible by public transport (Berri-UQAM Metro).

Requirements: DCS in Administration or equivalent training.

Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative support or in a call center.

Good knowledge of MS Office.

Bilingualism, spoken and written.

Knowledge of the File Maker software (an asset).

Basic knowledge of accounting (an asset).
