Job Description: This role will provide general legal support to legal counsel, as well as the operations and commercial teams of Wells Fargo Equipment Finance (WFEF) Company.

WFEF provides a full spectrum of financing and lease options for customers’ equipment and capital expenditure requirements through Wells Fargo business, commercial and corporate banking channels, relationships with equipment manufacturers, dealers, distributors and direct to market.

WFEF has Industry and Asset-type specialists devoted to Construction Equipment, Commercial and Specialty Vehicles, Energy/Marine and Corporate Aircraft, Vendor Finance Programs, Technology Finance, Food, Beverage, Healthcare.

Key responsibilities: Assists counsel by performing transactional services which will include preparing legal documentation and act as the primary interface between all parties involved in the transaction and documentation process Performs various searches/registrations on different platforms (land register, enterprise register (REQ), Register of Personal and Movable Real Rights (RPMRR), etc.) Researches and resolves issues and matters which involve the most substantial legal or factual complexity, through detailed research and/or examination of documentation and/or factual investigation Reviews marketing materials Produces clear and concise written materials that can be submitted to the client/customer with minimal revision or review by an attorney Provides support to the Wells Fargo Equipment Finance Company requiring a high degree of analytical, written and oral communication and organizational skills Possesses specialized skills, knowledge and expertise in equipment finance/asset based lending Works directly with business clients and develops an understanding of business unit needs and develops plans to resolve issues Develops relationships with business units and is proactive in participating in strategic efforts of client while identifying and addressing issues Able to identify specific as well as broad underlying issues in area of expertise and work independently on very complex assignments without direct supervision
