This position reports to the Senior Manager, Business Process Development.

The mission of the Business Process Development team is to offer functional solutions for our partners’ performance and meet all needs related to regulatory requirements and strategic initiatives. The team has a custodial role guaranteeing consistency and solution integrity and promoting target enterprise architecture principles. Finally, it capitalizes on knowledge of the best integration practices, industry trends, and work culture.
Your main responsibilities:
- Respond to requests for Microsoft Office applications, particularly in VBA, Excel or Access.
- Develop and roll out new applications using the Bank’s standardized processes and tools, such as JIRA, Git and BitBucket
- Provide support to user of existing applications
- Develop innovative, creative, robust and efficient solutions to process and enrich valorization processing related to sometimes complex products and activities in financial markets
- Be responsible for quality assurance and seamless implementation of solutions developed under your responsibility
- Interact with various Bank sectors and managers to interpret information and offer professional analysis support.
- Identify complex operational problems by analyzing information to resolve them and making recommendations in line with general parameters
- Keep up-to-date on changes in your sector of activity
- Produce ideas for improving solution delivery processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience
- Thoroughly familiar with Microsoft Office application creation tools (VBA, Access, Power Apps)
- Knowledge of ETL tools (SSIS, Pentaho)
- Knowledge of web technologies related to Java, Javascript, Angular framework, React, Node.js, Spring Boot MVC (a major asset)
- Knowledge of databases, Maria DB, PostgreSQL, MS SQL (a major asset)
- Knowledge of Cloud AWS, GCP environments and Azure (an asset)
- Ability to rigorously structure, monitor, and deliver several different initiatives simultaneously
- Bilingualism, both spoken and written (English and French), essential
- Innovative, autonomous, and strong teamwork abilities
