UI Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative UI Designer to join our team. You will play a key role in designing intuitive, aesthetic, and user-centered interfaces. Working closely with UX Designers, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders, you will help bring innovative digital products to life, meeting user needs while aligning with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Design elegant, functional web and mobile user interfaces aligned with the visual identity of the products.

• Translate UX wireframes and mockups into interactive and engaging graphical interfaces.

• Create and maintain UI component libraries (design systems) to ensure visual consistency across products.

• Participate in ideation sessions, co-creation workshops, and design reviews with project teams.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure faithful implementation of the mockups.

• Integrate user feedback and usability testing results to improve interfaces.

• Ensure accessibility, responsive design, and visual performance of interfaces.

• Stay informed about trends in digital design, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalents.

• Strong understanding of UI design principles: typography, color theory, grids, iconography, visual hierarchy.

• Knowledge of technical constraints for web and mobile (HTML/CSS, responsive design, etc.).

• Excellent visual communication skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in an agile, multidisciplinary environment.

• Portfolio demonstrating accomplished UI projects.

Assets:

• Knowledge of UX Design or ability to read and challenge wireframes.

• Experience with animations and micro-interactions (e.g., advanced prototyping, After Effects, Lottie).

• Familiarity with digital accessibility standards (WCAG).

• Experience designing for SaaS applications, B2B solutions, or complex platforms.

Education and Experience:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Digital Arts, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
