Our client, an organization with an international reach, is seeking a Technician (7668).


  • Provide support on daily incidents and  requests and ensure they are addressed in order of priority and per the established Service Level Agreement (SLA);
  • Create, update and track support tickets using Company’s incident management tool;
  • Identify opportunities for innovation in client service delivery, process efficiency and other IT documentation;
  • Configure, deploy, troubleshoot and provide hardware support for the following, but not limited to: laptops, computers, mobile devices and printers;
  • Provide exemplary customer service to end users and proactively address their needs to ensure high-level client satisfaction;
  • Assist in emergencies where immediate action is required;
  • Manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing work demands and projects;
  • Collaborate with selected IT vendors to ensure smooth and effective operations;
  • Update and maintain hardware inventory records, and ensure hardware reaching their end-of-life is replaced;
  • Assist with vendor projects;
  • Collaborate on other departmental IT projects including remotely in Company Regional Offices;
  • Participate and engage actively in team meetings.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience providing level 2/3 hardware/software support in a Windows 7 and 10 environment, with advanced knowledge of supporting Microsoft Office 2016/O365 and other software applications;
  • 2-3 years of experience working in a networked environment and ability to perform moderately complex troubleshooting of networked devices (laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers);
  • Consistent, timely delivery of high quality work with an ability to prioritize tasks based on relative importance and urgency;
  • Ability to provide accurate analysis and suggesting appropriate solutions to problems encountered;
  • Flexibility, energy and ability to work well with others in a team environment;
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a team and across teams (to help improve processes or services);
  • Strong interpersonal, troubleshooting and organizational skills;
  • A relevant Microsoft certification is an asset;
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory (AD, DNS, DHCP);
  • Knowledge of networks, Wi-Fi AP, LAN, WAN and WLAN;
  • Knowledge in SCCM + packing applications, an asset;
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills;
  • Able to work with little supervision.
