Our valued Public Sector client requires a Senior Business Analyst to analyze the current business process and workflows for an enterprise-wide initiative. This initiative supports the modernization of digital platforms related to aquaculture and fisheries regulatory management.
Tasks:
- Facilitate meetings and interviews to elicit business requirements, and pose questions to determine what the client's needs are
- Work on Agile Scrum teams supporting the Product Owner to populate and refine the Product Backlogs
- Provide a coherent view of user stories so that development teams understand the work to be done
- Reverse engineering regional systems to establish a baseline of requirements
- Business process modelling to describe business processes supported by the software
- Act as Business Analyst in System Testing to ensure that products meet business requirements
Must-Haves:
- Business Analyst (10+ years)
- 2+ large scale data migration projects
- Requirements Gathering from multiple teams across different departments/regions (5+ years)
- Valid Reliability Status
- Agile
Nice-to-Have:
- MS Dynamics experience
- Certification in Business Analysis
