About the Position: Reporting to the Director, Sales Applications and Data, the Sr.

Salesforce Analyst will oversee the full lifecycle of salesforce enhancement projects.

The role will be responsible for supporting the functional areas within Ceridian by analyzing the business problems and designing the solutions that fit the organizational needs as it pertains to Salesforce.

A critical thinker, and technically proficient problem solver, the Sr.

Salesforce Analyst will focus on maximizing technology to drive efficiency by evaluating suggested enhancements, defining functional requirements, and coordinating related enhancement activities.

Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with functional business units and help translate business requirements into logical technical solutions in

Lead the conversation with stakeholders to address strategic business issues across departments (Sales, Marketing, Order Management, Finance and others as needed), mapping business requirements with Salesforce best practices.

Work with Salesforce Admins and Developers to transform business requirements into design and implementation.

Understand Salesforce administrative functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity and storage management.

Have a working understanding of how new features in are configured and iterate as necessary based on feedback from stakeholders.

Drive all aspects of the implementation process which includes collaborative consultation with internal stakeholders, requirements definition, initial configuration, solution design, unit and integration testing, and deployment support.

Provide analytical expertise, product knowledge and assist with solution design keeping any impacts and the big picture in mind.

Support testing cycles (UAT, regression, etc.) and help with training materials.

Partner with project managers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams throughout a project lifecycle.

Team oriented with the ability to mentor others in understanding the nature of the whole application Qualifications: Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree is a must, MBA an asset 5 years of experience in a Business/Systems Analyst or similar role Advanced skills including admin experience Certified Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator is a must Salesforce Certified App Builder is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven analytical skills, business acumen, problem-solving ability and decision-making Proven understanding of sales process Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities Knowledge of CRM and related corporate business capabilities Team building, negotiation, and analytical skills Ability to work independently and manage deadlines at a fast pace amidst changing requirements and ambiguity.
