Follow us on: LinkedIn BRP; Twitter BRPnews; Facebook BRPinfo.u200B YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support Human Resources with Salesforce and help administer the application on a daily basis, including managing the community of employees, controlling employee profile settings and permissions, managing users, maintaining objects, maintaining pages and maintaining published information including master data Support application maintenance, including data imports Participate in workshops and provide detailed analysis of business needs Advise the HR group regarding how to use the SFDC platform to support HR business processes Support Salesforce users Document systems issues that have been identified and follow up until the problem is resolved Participate in Agile development cycles Ensure that information is smoothly integrated between SFDC and other HR systems (SuccessFactors, Taleo, etc.) Refine Salesforce to help the platform reach its full potential and address a wide range of our business needs Ensure Salesforce features and functions are used properly and recommend necessary improvements Maintain the library of processes, policies, employee guides and other documents available to users Work closely with Salesforce support stakeholders and internal clients to assist problem solving Maintain licensing in collaboration with the IT department YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in information systems and technology, human resources or another related field 1–3 years of experience as a Salesforce solution administrator Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) Fluency in English and French (Spanish language skills an asset) Solid understanding of HR processes and data management Experience implementing Salesforce communities Experience finding bugs and troubleshooting user issues Salesforce administrator certification preferred Understanding of technical components such as Lightning, Visualforce, SFDC Apex, SQL/SOQL, XML, HTML5 and Service Cloud an asset
